What we collect

When you fill in the contact form we receive the name, email address and phone number you enter, along with the details of your enquiry: location, event type, date, number of guests and your message. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry and arrange your reservation, banquet or order. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who else sees it

The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers the message to our inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Online reservations go through inline.app and orders through UEAT; those services apply their own policies.

How long we keep it

Form messages stay in our inbox for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry and follow up reasonably, then they are deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction or its deletion by writing to info@imperialmontreal.com. We respond within the timeframes set by Quebec's Law 25.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited and where visitors come from. These cookies are only set after you explicitly agree; you can decline and the site works normally. IP addresses are anonymised. We receive no names or identifying details through this.
